1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Innovify Labs LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Gauth Math application on your personal devices for educational and personal purposes only.

1.1 Permitted Uses

• Use the app for solving mathematical problems and learning
• Capture photos of mathematical problems for solving
• Access step-by-step solutions and educational content
• Save your learning progress and solution history
• Share solutions for educational purposes (within app guidelines)

1.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Use the app for commercial purposes without written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the app
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the app to violate any academic integrity policies
• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the app to third parties
• Use automated tools to extract data or solutions from the app

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Gauth Math and all related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. We retain all rights, title, and interest in:

• The Gauth Math application and its source code
• Mathematical algorithms and AI solving technologies
• User interface design and app graphics
• Educational content, solutions, and explanations
• Trademarks, logos, and brand materials

3. User-Generated Content

3.1 Your Content Rights

You retain ownership of mathematical problems and content you input into the app. However, by using Gauth Math, you grant us a license to:

• Process your mathematical problems to provide solutions
• Use anonymized problem data to improve our algorithms
• Store your content for app functionality and your learning progress

3.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to input content that:

• Violates copyright or intellectual property rights
• Contains inappropriate, offensive, or harmful material

4. Educational Use and Academic Integrity

We encourage responsible use:

• Use the app to understand mathematical concepts and methods
• Learn from step-by-step solutions rather than just copying answers
• Respect your school's policies regarding homework assistance tools
• Use the app for practice and learning, not for cheating on exams

5. Privacy and Data Protection

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

6.1 Free and Premium Features

• Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store

6.2 Billing and Cancellation

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Cancellation must be done through your app store account
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Premium features remain active until subscription expires

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 Educational Tool Disclaimer

Gauth Math is provided as an educational assistance tool. While we strive for accuracy:

• Solutions may contain errors or may not cover all mathematical approaches
• The app should not be the sole resource for learning mathematics
• We recommend verifying solutions and consulting educators when needed
• Users should develop their own problem-solving skills alongside using the app

7.2 Service Availability

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted access to the app
• Compatibility with all devices and operating systems
• That the app will be error-free or meet all your requirements
• That your data will never be lost (though we implement safeguards)

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovify Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Academic consequences from app use
• Loss of data or learning progress
• Damages from app downtime or errors
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid for premium features

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate this license at any time by:

• Uninstalling the app from your devices
• Cancelling your account if you created one
• Ceasing all use of the application

9.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access if you:

• Violate any terms of this Agreement
• Use the app for prohibited purposes
• Engage in activities that harm other users or our services
• Fail to pay for premium subscriptions

10. Updates and Modifications

We may update Gauth Math and this EULA from time to time. Updates may include:

• New features and improvements
• Bug fixes and security enhancements
• Changes to terms and conditions
• Modifications to available features or pricing

Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiations between the parties
2. Binding arbitration if negotiations fail
3. Arbitration conducted under American Arbitration Association rules
