These Terms of Use govern your use of the Leo – Learn English app ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Overview

Leo is an AI-powered English learning assistant. It provides interactive lessons, real-time conversation practice, and smart feedback to help users improve their English skills. Leo is designed for educational purposes only.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a one-time payment or auto-renewable subscription. Payment is processed through your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Subscription Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store settings. No refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription period once billed.

3. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including lesson materials, AI-generated feedback, and design — is the property of Leo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify app content without permission.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the App for harmful, abusive, or illegal purposes
• Share your account or allow others to access your subscription
• Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the App's systems
• Use Leo to generate inappropriate content or bypass lesson systems

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." While we aim for accuracy and helpfulness, we do not guarantee perfect results or language fluency. The app is a learning tool, not a replacement for professional language instruction.
